Removing Red Wine Stains From Carpet

We at Waratah Carpet Cleaning Sydney recommend a 4 step process for treating red wine spills on your carpet:

  1. Blot up as much of the wine as you can using a white paper towel.
  2. Rinse the spill area using water, then repeat the blotting process until as much wine is removed as possible
  3. Now blot the area with a white vinegar solution
  4. Now finally treat the area with an amonia solution. Repeat as necessary.
